Jessica Lewis, CPT, CNC is a seasoned Personal Trainer, Nutritional Counselor, and Moving Meditation Instructor with an outstanding track record for coaching her clients through complete life-transformations.

Her vast knowledge of all major areas of fitness ranges from traditional techniques to cutting-edge research; she’s highly qualified to coach anything from general strength & conditioning, to post-rehab, to all areas of Senior and Women’s Fitness. Jessica is also certified to counsel the basics of a healthy human diet but her strongest area of nutritional expertise is teaching the value of whole food as it pertains to weight loss/gain, preventing bone loss, building a strong healthy immune system, disease prevention, maximizing athletic performance, and enhanced exercise recovery. And as an Accredited T’ai Chi Chih® Instructor, Jessica teaches simple, user-friendly techniques to maintain serenity under any circumstances.
