Coordination Pattern Training

Betsy Wetzig is a choreographer, teacher, author, movement researcher and originator of both Coordination Pattern™ Training and Full Protection Learning. In 1971, when she came across the body’s “neurological tension patterns”, (the Patterns that coordinate our body’s movement and also coordinate our movement to our mental functions), she realized she was not only dealing with our body/mind link but the internal core of dance and style. Thus the Patterns became Betsy’s life’s work. She would use this movement/mind link to help people to fully and freely move and express themselves.

Betsy worked with educators to develop the Pattern’s learning styles use - with body workers, movement specialist, and physical trainers to develop the Pattern’s movement skills and training applications - and with business experts for developing leadership skills. She co-authored the book Move to Greatness: Focusing the Four Essential Energies of a Whole and Balanced Leader which was published in 2008.

Betsy has turned the four Coordination Patterns – named for their physical qualities, Thrust, Shape, Swing, and Hang – into a tool to improve the way you move, interact with others and access your talents and skills. The training helps all ages to:

  • Move in the most efficient and healthiest way, preventing injury
  • Enhance abilities to create, learn/educate, lead and communicate
  • Turn movement into a practical tool for insight into human behavior
  • Improve interactions at the personal, family business and cultural levels
  • Handle stress in a positive and productive way

Her work is included in Mirka Knaster’s book, Discovering the Body’s Wisdom, and can be found at Moves4Greatness.com

Betsy offers classes and personal one on one session to restore normal movement and posture.

The current date for one on one sessions at Hockessin Chiropractic Centre is: September 21, 2018

The cost per session or class is $70.00

Whole 30 DONE RIGHT!

In the last decade several million people have tried the Paleo diet on for size…we’d
all have to agree that Paleo is pretty popular, right?
Boiled down, "Whole 30" means nothing more than whole meals composed of whole food for a whole month. And ANYONE looking to improve their health (regardless of their weight) would benefit from this sustainable and EASY lifestyle!
But here's the problem: in order for a really good idea to become really popular it has to morph into something slightly different and Big Food still wants a big piece of the less-processed-food pie.
So remember…just because the label says "Paleo" doesn't mean it is (in fact, these days, often the reverse is true) and just because your friends tell you they’ve done a Whole 30 doesn’t mean they can show you how to do it.
And if you’re ready to improve your entire relationship with food, plus your self-esteem, energy, sleep, and disease symptoms WHILE LOSING WEIGHT then you’re ready for this fun, innovative, and unique workshop led by the area’s top educator (who, BTW, was trained by the Whole 30 innovators.)
Just sign up and see for yourself how easy a Whole 30 DONE RIGHT can be and you can expect to walk away with:

 Money-saving shopping tips
 Meal planning templates
 Cooking demonstrations
 Ideas for healthy, quick (and even portable!) meals & snacks

Introduction to EFT Tapping

Tapping provides relief from stress & anxiety, chronic pain, emotional problems, disorders, addictions, phobias, post-traumatic stress disorder, and physical diseases. Tapping is a set of techniques which utilize the body’s energy meridian points. You can stimulate these meridian points by tapping on them with your fingertips – literally tapping into your body’s own energy and healing power. Your body is more powerful than you can imagine… filled with life, energy, and a compelling ability for self-healing. With Tapping, you can take control of that power.

All negative emotions are felt through a disruption of the body’s energy.  Physical pain and disease are intricately connected to negative emotions. Health problems create feedback – physical symptoms cause emotional distress, and unresolved emotional problems manifest themselves through physical symptoms. The body’s health must be approached as a whole. You cannot treat the symptoms without addressing the cause, and vice-versa. The body, like everything in the universe, is composed of energy. Restore balance to the body’s energy, and you will mend the negative emotions and physical symptoms that stem from the energy disruption. Tapping restores the body’s energy balance, and negative emotions are conquered.

A Tapping Chart will be provided.

Doreen Moore is our instructor for this class.
